- Purpose: The information you provide will be used to facilitate Travel Management Center (TMC) services, including booking travel, managing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations. It may also be used for user authentication, account management, incident response, and to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations.

- Authority: The collection of your personally identifiable information (PII) is authorized by applicable federal statutes and regulations, including but not limited toAviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA) of 2001 and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) of 2004: These acts provide the legal basis for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to require airlines (and their agents, including TMCs) to collect specific PII from passengers for watch list screening. 49 U.S.C. § 114 (Title 49 of the U.S. Code, Section 114): This statute explicitly authorizes the TSA to collect information from passengers for security purposes. Accordingly, we are required to collect data such as full name, date of birth, and gender, and pass it to the TSA for pre-screening.
